Welcome Winter Solstice RETURNS AGAIN THIS YEAR!  Come celebrate the shortest and darkest day of the year with Soul Stretch Yoga and Cleveland Sound Healing, Friday, December 19th, from 7pm-8:30pm. 

The night begins with a specially themed Winter Restorative Yoga class by candlelight with Rose, ending with a Healing Sound Bath by Lesley of Cleveland Sound Healing.  A candle meditation follows to help clear away negative energies from 2025, with an outdoor ceremony around our bonfire.  Afterwards, we will release paper lanterns into the sky to help set elevated intentions for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
