This is our 90 minute vinyasa flow for all levels of practice, for all yogis :) In addition, this class also has a second teacher assisting the practice and giving hands-on adjustments (which are, as always optional). You will have the opportunity in class at the beginning to anonymously opt out any time you are not interested in having hands on assists that class. Why do we assist? Typically, hands-on assists are to simply feel good. Other times we assist to correct alignment or to gently assist a yogi to get deeper into a pose. So, if we come to you, don't think you are doing anything wrong!
Join Margaux for a practice geared towards the yogi looking to bring their practice to a whole new level and fly! In this “Learn to Fly” workshop, Margaux will guide you through a fun flow to warm up your body prior to the exploration of three arm balances: handstand, forearm stand and headstand.
Careful instruction will give you the opportunity to explore in a safe and fun way!
Please note: You do NOT need to know how to get into these poses to attend class.
Props that will be used:
- straps
- blocks
- blankets (if desired)
Feel free to bring your own or use what the studio has to offer!
