A 45 minute empowering and strengthening yoga class based off Baptiste’s “Journey into Power” set sequence. Heated to 95 degrees, moves at a faster pace, and works the entire body.
A high intensity, low impact, fusion workout that incorporates aspects of Pilates, ballet, yoga using an aerial hammock instead of a classic ballet barre. Workouts are done on the aerial hammock, on the ground, standing using the hammock to hold on to. Weights are also incorporated to tone the arms. Small, isometric contractions sculpt the glutes, core, and thighs. Suitable for all levels.
