"I am Peace, Peace is in me"

 Kourtney is a Lifelong Roman. Loves all Sci-fi and fantasy, a lover of music, especially rock and roll, loves to soak up the sun, crochet and play tabletop games.

After struggling many years with panic disorder and severe depression, her therapist helped her develop a mediation practice and encouraged her to delve deeper into yoga practice.

After taking time off to soul search and figure out what she needed to be better balanced and more peaceful in 2020, she decided to pursue the Just Breathe RYT200 program with the encouragement of her fiancé and supports. She hopes to help her students find some inner peace and balance in our fast-paced world.
