Jj is a dedicated yogi and a RYT200 certified teacher. She is passionate about the peaceful powers of Yoga. 

Jj is also certified in Buti Yoga and trained in Creative Sequencing. Inside and out of the studio space, Jj enjoys encouraging people and creating supportive spaces for all earthlings. Jj is an artist, animal advocate, and cultivator of Qi.

This hot class is based around the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises while blending elements of vinyasa. This class is a great place to explore yoga in a heated room as it is slower paced and offers time for longer holds. We may omit certain aspects and add in others that make the sequence more accessible to all with smoother transitions between postures.
