Jenn Colgin

Jenn has been practicing yoga for about 20 years. She completed her first 200-hour RYT training in 2021, following the profound loss of her partner. Yoga became a path to healing, helping her move through grief and deepen her connection to herself. After relocating to Florida in 2022, she found Kula Wellness and completed her second 200-hour RYT there in 2025. Through this experience, she gained the confidence to show up authentically, embrace her story, and use her voice to guide others toward presence, self-acceptance, and inner peace. Her classes are grounded, compassionate, and accessible—offering space for both movement and mindful reflection.

The perfect practice for those new to yoga or/and those wanting to get back to the basics. This is a warm, slower paced practice that will focus on breath, foundation and alignment. Feel more comfortable and confident in your yoga practice while also being challenged mentally and physically.
