Grace Simoneau

Grace has been practicing yoga since moving to Florida in 2024. Shortly after beginning her practice, she decided to dive in and complete her 200-hour yoga certification at Kula Wellness. 

During the training, yoga became more than the movements. It became awareness of breathe, observing the self, connecting with and supporting others. The sense of inner peace, love, and balance she found in yoga was unparalleled. Grace hopes to create a safe, uplifting, warm (maybe literally) environment for her students to explore their space and move toward a balance of mind, body, and spirit.

The perfect end to a long day. With the combination of a warm space, gentle movement and long holds, yin yoga allows us to dive deep into those connective tissues and joints leaving the body feeling open, relaxed and restored. This is a slower paced flow open for all levels.
