Carrigan James

Carrigan is a 200-hour YTT with additional certifications in Yin and Yoga Nidra. Her philosophy is to help release what we unknowingly carry through our day-to-day lives and habits. She believes that yoga is more than a moment on the mat; it’s a reset. A chance to reconnect with ourselves so we can feel better in our bodies and show up more fully in our everyday lives.
