    with Allison Mills
    Доступные пакеты:
    25,00 $One-Day Workshop (2026-11-01)

Spooky season and the Death card don’t have to be scary. Join Allison and Jess for an evening of Tea and Tarot on Sunday Nov. 1 to unearth some of the “difficult” cards in the Tarot deck. On Samhain, the pagan holiday that inspires Halloween, we explore shadow work as a way to bring more light and clarity to our movement practices. Together, we will drink tea, talk through the dark side of Tarot symbology, and flow through guided postures to release and let go of fear. A group tarot reading is the highlight of the evening. Each participant will receive a handcrafted tea blend and tarot spread to carry the magic of the evening with them.

    25,00 $One-Day Workshop (2027-01-02)

Join Allison and Brigitte of Fresh Coast Yoga and Jess of Weyward Teas for an evening of gentle movement and reflection on Saturday, January 2 to explore intention setting using the story of Major Arcana cards. During the New Year, many of us recalibrate and set goals as a way to bring more light and clarity to our individual lives. In our workshop, we will drink tea, talk through the Star, Moon, and Sun of Tarot symbology, and flow through guided postures. A group tarot reading is the highlight of the evening. Each participant will choose a personal sankalpa — an embodied intention for practice — and receive a handcrafted tea blend and tarot spread to carry the magic of the evening with them.

November Topic: The Yama of Ahimsa (Non-Violence) & What That Means in Our Modern Society

Satsang means gathering in the company of truth. Sat meaning truth, reality, or that which is. Sangha meaning connection, association, or community. Satsang reminds us that yoga was never meant to be practiced only on a mat alone. We are human beings who seek belonging in community. We learn through listening, questioning, sharing stories, sitting in silence, and witnessing one another.

We have plenty of opportunities to practice yoga but fewer opportunities to simply be in community around the deeper questions yoga invites us to ask. What does it mean to live a life grounded in awareness? What are we learning from this season of our lives? Where are we being called to soften, listen, grow, or let go? How might we remember that we belong to something greater than ourselves?

This is the heart behind Soulful Sunday Satsang, a monthly gathering created as a space for reflection, conversation, contemplation, and connection beyond asana (poses).

Beginning in November, we’ll gather at Fresh Coast Yoga on the second Sunday of each month for soulful conversation and practices that invite us into the deeper dimensions of yoga and into relationship with one another. This offering is an extension of the vision of Snowy Cedar Center for Wellness: healing at the root of our belonging. Healing isn’t only about fixing what feels broken within us. Sometimes healing begins when we remember that we were never meant to do this alone. We are proud that our partner in this offering, Fresh Coast Yoga, focuses on belonging as a core value.
