Expect guided instruction in combination with time to “flow on your own”, giving each yogi the choice to move at their own pace, depth and intensity. Class will also include strengthening postures and playful balances. Seated, standing, supine and occasional inverted poses are all part of a typical class. This class is suitable for yogis with some experience; however yogis of all levels who are comfortable modifying for their bodies are welcome.
