• Samhain Tea and Tarot: Shadow Work
    Available Packages:
    $25.00One-Day Workshop (2025-10-31)

Spooky season and the Death card don’t have to be scary. Join Allison and Jess Flagler-Gelety of Weyward Teas for an evening of Tea and Tarot on Friday, October 31 to unearth some of the “difficult” cards in the Tarot deck. On Samhain, the pagan holiday that inspires Halloween, we explore shadow work as a way to bring more light and clarity to our movement practices. Together, we will drink tea, talk through the dark side of Tarot symbology, and flow through guided postures to release and let go of fear. A group tarot reading is the highlight of the evening. Each participant will receive a handcrafted tea blend and tarot spread to carry the magic of the evening with them.

  • Holding Space for Grief: Together in Breath, Movement, and Words
    with Danielle Foertsch Newman
    Available Packages:
    $25.00One-Day Workshop (2025-11-11)

Grief touches us all—whether through loss, change, or the unseen weight we carry day to day. This special Veterans Day workshop at Fresh Coast Yoga offers a safe, supportive space to honor and move with compassion while sharing experiences with grief. Through the practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and guided journaling, we’ll gently explore ways to soften into our emotions, reconnect with the body, and create space for holding grief.

This workshop is designed to help participants find grounding, release tension, and nurture resilience, while recognizing that grief is not something to fix but something to tend to with care.

No prior experience is necessary—come just as you are. Please bring a journal if you have one; if not, one will be provided for you.

In honor of Veterans Day, all veterans are welcome to attend free of charge.

    Meet Emilie Lancour:

Allow me to hold space for you to share about your loved one and your grief journey. We will connect because we are all on the journey of grief and healing together if we have loved and lost someone. Through sharing what I have learned and experienced, I hope to let you see how I believe that grief and joy coexist. I want you to understand there is a path to leave the feeling of grieving, to be able to experience both moments of grief and joy, to see the triggers and glimmers, and to focus on healing this new version of you as you move forward. I lost my best friend at the age of 35 and my husband at the age of 42. I have lost my grandparents, aunts and uncles, a young cousin, and friends. I am now a widow in a committed relationship. I chose to retire from teaching to share my grief and healing journey with others so no one has to feel alone. I believe you are loved and watched over.
