Slow Sunday Restorative Yoga

Let’s gently close out our Sunday together with some slow movement, intentional stillness intertwined with guided meditation and breath work. We’ll end the class with an extra long Savasana with some mellow, live, original, instrumental acoustic music. This class is intended for anybody and everybody, no matter if you’re new to yoga or not, no matter your identity, please come as you are and you’ll be happily and warmly welcomed.

A combination of flow and slow burn, this class offers opportunities link body and breath in different ways. Expect guided instruction in combination with time to “flow on your own”, giving each yogi the choice to move at their own pace, depth and intensity. Class will also include strengthening postures and playful balances. Seated, standing, supine and occasional inverted poses are all part of a typical class. This class is suitable for yogis with some experience; however yogis of all levels who are comfortable modifying for their bodies are welcome.
