Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice to relieve stress. Also known as Yogic Sleep, it can be as restorative as sleep, though you remain fully conscious. This is a 75 minute practice with is started with a guided meditation to lead you to a state of deep relaxation. Reiki healing energy will be sent out to all participants during the final portion of class. You will leave feeling refreshed, focused and rested. Lead by Jill from 7:15 - 8:30pm
