In Studio Sculpt and Flow is a fun workout that will tone your whole body quickly! Flowing mindfully from pose to pose with the addition of light hand weights (1-5 pounds) quickly engages the stabilizer muscles creating strength from within. Incorporating Barre Techniques into this class fires up the muscles to create long, lean, toned muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised.
